In-Line Functional Test Stations
 

The In-Line test stations have been designed to automatically test any kind of PCB without the need of an operator.

They have been designed to test:

- Continuity.
- Bridges.
- Bus communications.
- microprocessor programming.
- Functional Test.
- In Circuit Test.
- Etc…

The In-line test stations are completely modular:

You can link several test stations, rejection stations, storage stations, depaneling stations, etc.., as many as you want to increase the production of the line.So if you need to duplicate the test speed, you only need to put 2 test stations despite of one.

The stations work in pass-through mode, it is to say, they allow PCBs that have already been checked or that have to be checked in another station to pass through it while a test is in process.

The needle bed is easy-fast-change. In this way you can check more than one reference in the same system in one minute.
