Seats Vision Test System

The System checks all the features of every seat.

First, the cameras check the right position of the seat (height, back foldown, etc.). If it is not in the right position, the seat is rejected.

You can configure what to check in every camera.

- The system can work with up to 12 cameras..
- The features to be checked in the system depend on customer's needs.
- All these features are subjected to change depending on the needs of the customer.

The tests that can be done are the following:

- Seat position (RHD or LHD Seat).
- Sport or Normal Seat.
- Seat Belt lock.
- Presence and color in the back.
- Presence of the lever to move the seat to allow pass to the rear passengers.
- Airbag Presence.
- Heigh adjustment of the seat.
- Presence of the drawer.
- fabric and color of the seat.
- Color, position and type of headrest.
- lumbar support wheel, etc..
